Larry Williams, CPA, CVA  See attached profile.  Larry is the President and owner of L. E. Williams & Company, P.C., and has been in public accounting since 1985, with experience in all aspects of accounting and taxation.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).  Larry is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Michigan Association CPAs, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Business valuation for divorce, estate/gift tax, and buy/sell.

John has a bachelor of science in accountancy degree from Ferris State College.  He has considerable experience as a business banking officer, and as a mortgage lender.  John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.  John has more than twenty years of progressive accounting and auditing experience, and has been licensed as a CPA in Michigan since 1987.  He has significant Governmental and Non Profit auditing experience, as well as individual and business income tax preparation.
